Originally from Australia, Diane arrived in Switzerland when she was 14 years old.

As an avid food lover and hard worker, Diane went to the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne where her passion for food and beverage grew even stronger and gave her the confidence to join her dad, Chef Schaefer, within the family enterprise.

During her internships and trips to Australia, Asia or Europ she discovered gastronomic specialties from all around the world. She has also worked in some of the leading hotel and restaurants of the world such as the Hôtel de ville de Crissier.

She equally enjoys relations with people, and her enthusiastic work approach, always seems to create a professional and trusting relationship with our clients. This is why she is our head of service.
